Hybrid Manufacturing

Combines 3D printing with traditional processes like CNC machining, enabling the production of complex, high-precision components with enhanced functionality and surface quality.

One Shot Manufacturing of Complex Assemblies

To significantly reduce manufacturing costs and process complexity, we have engineered advanced solutions that enable the production of fully functional devices in a single manufacturing step. By combining smart product design with process innovation, we can directly print complex assemblies such as for expandable cages in one shot, eliminating the need for multiple production and assembly stages.

Equipment

We operate three types of additive manufacturing machines/technologies, each tailored to different project needs. From prototypes to serial production.
