Intelligent service for intelligent systems
Quality and precision can only be guaranteed in the long term if systems function perfectly. System availability is crucial, especially in medical and biochemical research. Our customer therefore wanted to offer its customers not only state-of-the-art technology but also predictive service and worked with us to develop an innovative solution for predictive maintenance that intelligently connects man and machine: critical system conditions are detected at an early stage, enabling proactive action.
Fewer failures, more efficient service
The goal: to increase the reliability, service life and performance of the systems - while reducing operating costs. To achieve this, log data had to be intelligently evaluated and maintenance requirements automatically identified. The focus was on precision, security and scalability.
The solution: structured data analysis based on solid technology
The focus was on a system for structured transmission, syntax analysis and evaluation of log data. A rule-based expert system recognizes critical patterns, automatically triggers alarms and informs service technicians by e-mail. Together with the customer, they can plan maintenance measures at an early stage and in a targeted manner.
Technologically, the solution is based on a modern .NET/C# architecture. The web interface was implemented using ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript and visualization tools such as Highcharts and OpenLayers. DevExpress enables precise reporting. The data is stored in MS SQL Server. The strict separation of IT systems and a transparent and comprehensible system structure ensure maximum data security and stability.

Our in-depth understanding of industrial processes, machine communication and agile development enabled us to implement a solution that was a perfect fit in terms of both technology and organization.
