In the thermoforming process, a plastic sheet is reshaped. With our negative technique, only the side facing the tool is formed.
It is therefore necessary to add the required internal assembly points after the forming process - which is usually achieved by bonding.
We have been working with these bonding techniques for many years and are well-equipped for your specific application. Various adhesives are used depending on requirements.
