Two strategic locations for high volume Injection Molding in Switzerland

85 injection molding machines are distributed throughout the different halls, also including other technical equipment to support engineering, warehousing and logistics.

The focus is 90% in Medical & Pharmaceutical, following the highest standards and requirements of the industry. There is a strong Project Management and Quality team that supports the spectrum of performance from concept to final product.

Since 2020 the company is represented with a second location in Küssnacht am Rigi. Additional clean room capacity has been installed at this new production site. The Küssnacht site has been equipped to take on the excess workloads, e.g. in pipette production: around 1.3 billion pipettes are produced annually at the Hägglingen site. The aim is to increase this figure by 1.9 billion with the new site, to enable Switzerland to produce a total of 3.2 billion pipettes per year.

The Quality and Regulatory support competencies as well as the key presence of high automation in manufacturing are two major assets with vital presence in both locations.
