The SETAGO® production data acquisition (PDA) system controls and documents the entire production process on the shop floor. It provides workers with the information they need at every stage of production while simultaneously recording all relevant key figures. All production data is available in digital form, including parts lists, design plans and other important documents. The PDC system not only supports production, but also enables the recording of set-up and production times as well as material quantities. The current status of each production order can be viewed at any time, making it easy to compare with the specified times. Optionally, an e-paper tag can be used to label the material and reduce paper consumption in production.
