What do you get when you combine Japanese quality with Swiss sophistication? A multifunctional and flexible high-performance machining center.
At just 995mm machine width, we offer a 5-axis simultaneous machine concept with iHMI touch screen and integrated Fanuc 31iB5 control, which is just as fast as the ultra-fast tool changer at 1.6 seconds (chip to chip).
With a magazine capacity of 42 tools (WM ToolPlus®), a tool spindle HSK-E40 with 24'000 rpm and Swiss accent, we complete the multi-talent with a rotary table from Lehmann, which is suitable for simultaneous milling applications and new, equally well for turning applications.
The high-precision rotary table "TAP9" can be operated at up to 2'150rpm and is ideally suited for turning operations. The new function is rounded off with a sophisticated tooling system and proven software technology from FANUC, making it an integral part of the machine.
