Indications for use:

The PELVIFLEX family of plates is intended for the surgical fixation and stabilization of pelvic and acetabular fractures. Specific indications include, but are not limited to:

• Fractures of the acetabulum, sacrum, ilium, and the pelvic ring.
• Pelvic fractures involving the anterior column, anterior column combined with posterior hemi-transverse, and quadrilateral surface.
• Fractures involving the pubic symphysis.
• Sacroiliac joint disruptions.
• Fractures requiring stabilization of the quadrilateral surface or intrapelvic structures.
• Osteotomies and arthrodeses of the pelvic region.
• Revision surgery for pseudoarthroses, non-unions, and mal-unions in the pelvic and acetabular region.

Material & Compatibility

• All plates are made from high-grade stainless steel. Non-locking plates accept 3.5/4.5 mm cortical screws. The Symphysis Plate is locking and accepts 3.5 mm Twin Lock-BCP locking screws.

Wide screw angulation with Ø3.5mm screws

• Enhanced for more choices for screw placement, especially for posterior wall fixation. Ø3.5mm screws allow for a 70° cone of angulation.

PELVIFLEX instrumentation is designed to support complex pelvic reconstructions with maximum surgical precision. The set includes essential tools for screw insertion, plate Contouring, and reduction techniques. Specialized reduction forceps (symmetric, asymmetric, offset, low-profile), ball spikes, insitu benders (straight, 45°, 90°), bending irons and pliers assist in anatomical repositioning and fixation. Retractors and sciatic nerve protectors provide optimal access and safety during exposure. Bone hooks, bending templates, and base disks further enhance intraoperative flexibility and accuracy.

The C.C. screw instrumentation kit ensures precise screw placement with guided insertion for 4.7 mm, 5.5 mm, and 7.3 mm screws.It includes direct measuring devices, cannulated screwdrivers (T20, T25, T30), matching cannulated drill bits (3.5, 4.0, 5.5 mm), and guide wire sleeves with threaded and smooth guide wires.All components are optimized for minimally invasive access, secure fixation, and compatibility with washers to provide strong purchase in osteoporotic or cancellous bone.
