Our portfolio for implants and instruments mainly includes titanium, but also cobalt-chromium and medical steel alloys.
We maintain an extensive stock of round bars made of Ti6Al4V ELI titanium alloy in diameters ranging from 2 mm to 50 mm. In the lower diameter range (2–14 mm), tolerances of h7 are standard; tighter tolerances of h6 and h5 are available on request. Our round bars are extremely low-distortion and precise in terms of roundness and straightness – ideal for highly automated production, where disruptions in the process can quickly become costly. We can now offer these high-quality round bars at even more attractive prices.
In addition to round bars, we also supply complete sheets and plates made of Ti6Al4V ELI titanium alloy, or customized to your requirements. Please inquire about availability from stock.
In addition to classic distribution services with customized logistics concepts, we also offer all pre-processing work. If you need foils, sheets, or plates cut to size, we can do this using shears, saws, or water jet cutting. We also offer profile milling of rods, stress relief annealing, and straightening of various semi-finished products.
