Graphical Scheduling Board for Maximum Clarity
The intuitive interface displays production resources such as machines and personnel in a Gantt chart view. This provides a clear visualization of work steps and their timing, allowing bottlenecks to be identified and resolved early. Planning can be done manually, semi-automatically, or fully automatically. The Advanced Planning System (APS) automatically assigns new priorities based on system data.
Received an urgent order and need to shift production? No problem with the Control Center. Material arrives later than expected and something has to be rescheduled at short notice? APS adjusts the plan accordingly.
Integration of Real-Time Data
By supplementing the Control Center with Majesty Machine Data Collection (MDE) and interfaces to personnel time tracking systems (PZE), you receive near real-time information about machine runtimes and employee attendance. This allows for accurate and up-to-date planning.
Intelligent Planning Tools
Predefined priorities and various time planning zones support a structured and goal-oriented approach. Additional tools such as integrated shift planning and assembly pool planning further enhance the system’s capabilities.
