KUNSTSTOFF.swiss - Der Verband der Schweizer Kunststoffindustrie

KUNSTSTOFF.swiss is the industry association of the Swiss plastics industry. The activities are grouped within the following departments and interest groups.

Departments

• Education and Training
  Supervision and promotion of the job profiles of plastics technologist EFZ and plastics processor EBA as well as the further vocational training.
• Sustainability
  Promoting efficient and sustainable use of resources. Supporting the industry in all aspects of circular economy.
• Communication
  Information and communication with all stakeholders, in particular the public, policy-makers and public authorities.
• Regulatories
  Support of members in legal compliance and knowledge transfer regarding laws, regulations, guidelines etc., e.g. REACH conferences.

Interest groups (IG)
These IGs, structured according to markets and applications, unite all players along the value chain, from raw materials to machines and tools to service providers. Members therefore benefit from tailor-made and useful information as well a a strong network.

• Transport/Automotive
• Composites/PUR
• Technical parts

KUNSTSTOFF.swiss members can follow the departments and IGs on the Intranet via the Swiss Plastics Platform. In addition, they benefit from many other association services.
