Our highly trained development and sales engineers accompany a product from the initial idea through to series production. The experts incorporate their know-how at every stage of development. We support our customers in the following areas: Feasibility studies, FMEA, design, mold making, automation, validation, etc. all these are not foreign words to us.
The plastic injection molded parts are produced in the protected zone under clean room conditions of class 7 according to ISO 14644-1. Our clean room is at the cutting edge of medical technology.
In this core zone, products of the highest quality are produced, post-processed and packaged.
In our separate assembly clean room, we assemble individual parts into complete assemblies. The extended vertical range of manufacture includes all common processes such as: US welding, assembly of individual products into complete assemblies, as well as special testing and packaging processes.
In-process control is an essential pillar of our QM system according to ISO 13485.
In order to cover our diverse production range, we have 44 injection molding machines with which we process all thermoplastics with a unit weight of 0.2 to 390 grams. We use all engineering plastics as well as glass fibers, glass beads and modified granulates as standard.
