Shannon® from plus10 supports fully automated production lines by providing real-time, context-based troubleshooting suggestions during machine stops or failures – directly on the shopfloor via smartphone or terminal -  in the logged-in operator’s language.

The software automatically collects new troubleshooting knowledge – for example, after successfully resolving a problem – and recommends it in similar future scenarios. This creates a self-learning system that continuously evolves and makes valuable shopfloor expertise widely available.

In the featured use case, Shannon® is implemented on a 24/7 syringe production line for staked needle applications by ZAHORANSKY. The system detects root causes of stops using high-frequency PLC data, generates suitable countermeasures, and helps reduce response times and dependency on individual experience levels.
