Contamination is a no-go in medical technology. Our parts cleaning is carried out in-house and is validated in accordance with ISO 13485. It is fully documented - from the first rinsing process to final packaging. Whether emulsion residues, particles or film contamination: We ensure that your components arrive at the next processing step or assembly stage reliably and residue-free.

Our cleaning technology:

• Validated multi-chamber ultrasonic cleaning of all implant components with an aqueous medium.
• Fine filtration, temperature-controlled drying, documented process parameters.
• Periodic monitoring of the cleaning results.
