Andres AG is certified according to ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 - and lives quality management throughout the entire production process. Every step, from the development and production to the final inspection, is documented, traceable and tailored to the high requirements of medical technology.
Our quality assurance includes:
- Continuous inspection planning and traceability from the start of the project
- Guided incoming goods, in-process and final inspections
- Testing strategy individually tailored to geometry, criticality and intended use
- Performance of measuring equipment capability analyses (MSA) to ensure measurement reliability
- Air-conditioned measuring laboratories in production and QA for stable test conditions

- Keyence LM1100 (precise digital microscope with integrated measuring function)
- IMTS-HD4 contour measuring device for complex surface profiles
- Accretech concentricity tester for rotationally symmetrical parts
- Vici-Vision MTL-X5 shaft tester for fast, non-contact series testing
- Nikon measuring microscopes with camera system and M3 software
- Nikon profile projector
- ASH viewing device for image-based visual inspection
- Mantis viewing devices for ergonomic visual inspection
All inspection equipment is systematically monitored, calibrated and documented for internal traceability. Our QA specialists are specially trained and ensure independent and reliable quality assurance - including complete test logging for medtech series if required.
